The Paris Pivot Travel Experience Registration Deposit
Register for the Paris Pivot, a small group trip and slow travel experience. Co-led by Lauren Gibson of Charlotte to Paris and Tiffany Waddell Tate of Career Maven Consulting.
The Paris Pivot small group travel experience will take place from Saturday evening, September 21 - Saturday September 28 2024.
A $250 registration deposit is required at check-out.
This registration deposit counts toward your total trip cost below:
Standard Rate: USD $5,500 per person
Optionally, you can also add-on a Seine Dinner Cruise (just below the “Add to Cart” button).
You will be invoiced according to the payment plan you select at checkout, with all payments due by July 23 2024, which is 60 days prior to the start of the trip on September 21, 2024.

After you submit your trip registration fee, you’ll receive an email containing important information and tasks in order to finalize your registration:
A Trip Agreement, which must be reviewed, signed and returned via email to Lauren Gibson within 48 hours to secure your spot and complete your registration.
Details on booking at Hôtel Bonsoir Madame, including the code for a discounted rate. Please remember, you are responsible for completing your hotel room booking.
Registrations are not considered finalized until Lauren Gibson (Charlotte to Paris) confirms receipt of your signed Trip Agreement.
Your registration deposit will be returned to you and your space will be considered vacated if your Trip Agreement is not received after 48 hours + 2 attempts to contact you by Lauren Gibson/Charlotte to Paris.

Travelers are responsible for procuring travel insurance, their flights to/from Paris, transportation from the airport to the hotel, and any meals and incidentals not listed in the Trip Agreement (this information is also listed on the Paris Pivot Travel Experience information page).
