A DIGITAL GUIDE FOR BUSY HUMANS

If I had to guess, you’re overwhelmed with all the things to see and do in Paris - you’re starting to spend countless hours sorting through all the “top ten lists” and to try to figure out even just a general game plan for where to go and what to do in Paris.

I remember researching ideas for my first trip to Paris - there are so many things to do and see, I felt like I had a good handle on the “big stuff,” but had no idea where to start with the things that actually make a trip special: wandering beautiful and dynamic city streets, enjoying delicious meals at local restaurants (successfully avoiding the tourist traps), and discovering little treasures like beautiful pocket gardens, lesser-known house museums, and local shops. These are all the details that make you feel like you actually experienced Paris, instead of just standing in a bunch of long queues and eating yet another nutella crêpe.

When I ask people what their favorite thing was from their trip to Paris, literally no one says “standing in the line at the Louvre” or “the Eiffel Tower.” I’ve yet to get answers like that. Sure, those icons are absolutely well worth a visit… but it’s usually the smaller, quieter, “in-between” moments that actually make a trip special. It’s the experiences in a different culture, or the everyday interaction with a local… these are the things that I hear time and time again stand out most to people as their favorite memories from Paris.

One of my favorite streets in Paris: Rue Férou on the Left Bank.

YOUR SLOW TRAVEL GUIDE TO PARIS

This idea of traveling at your own pace, experiencing local culture, and creating meaningful moments is known as the slow travel movement. And it’s truly aligned with the way that many of us want to see the places in the world we are so lucky enough to visit.

I created my Paris guidebook to intentionally focus on these details. The guidebook has you everything you need to truly explore Paris, hitting some of the highlights along the way (of course!), but more importantly, giving you recommendations on specific neighborhoods to visit in Paris. I share my detailed neighborhood recommendations: the most incredible streets, passageways, parks and gardens to visit in each neighborhood, and of course my recommendations on where to eat, drink, and perhaps pick up a souvenir or two along the way.

So while there’s so much to see in Paris, not to worry - I’ve got you covered with my personal recommendations, organized as flexible daily itineraries that take you to the perfect blend of major tourist destinations along with local spots and hidden gems.

Best of all, my guidebook is a beautiful, 100+ page PDF - with an accompanying Google Map - so all you need to do is download my guidebook to your phone, and you’re good to go!

When you land in Paris, you can spend less time frantically trying to find a decent place to eat, and more time slowing down and discovering Paris for yourself… la belle vie :)

WHAT’S INSIDE

The Paris Explorer Guidebook is a 7-day daily itinerary and complete guide for your visit to Paris. Your travel plan has absolutely everything you need: Paris travel tips, trip prep and packing guide, a detailed daily itinerary (7 days) with a full list of my recommendations for each neighborhood, and an accompanying Google Map, with each location from the daily itinerary pinned for you, ready to use when you’re out and about in Paris.

MY SIGNATURE NEIGHBORHOOD-BASED APPROACH

SLOW TRAVEL BY NEIGHBORHOOD

My signature neighborhood-based travel planning style blends flexible itineraries with well-researched travel planning - it has all the things - big and small - that make for a wonderful trip.

With this neighborhood-based approach, I blend must-see landmarks with lesser-known spots and hidden gems that can also be found in the very same neighborhood. Each day’s itinerary includes my personal recommendations and suggestions for one or two neighborhoods to visit each day of the week, meaning that you have the time to catch a true glimpse of the area of the city.

I’ve found its exactly how many of us like to travel: having good options for where to eat, what to see, and the best areas for getting a little bit lost, with zero time spent wandering aimlessly or trekking from one side of the city to the other. Bref: lightweight and effortless trip planning at your fingertips.
